games in the homes etc instead of going to
cast their votes. This is a form of political
apathy.

election because they believe the election will
not be free and fair or they may be killed. As
a result of fear, they shy away from elections
no matter how much their friends persuade
them.

involved either in debate, rallies, discussions,
